Exchanges and damaged items
We do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hello@levitate.ae within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once we have reviewed it, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Digital products. Notion templates and printable workbooks cannot be exchanged or refunded. If a download will not open or a file is missing, email us and we will fix it.
