Do you Ship Worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide. 

When is the Shipping period?

We work with one premium delivery agent.

It usually takes 2-3 Days in the UAE, but it might take up to 7 Days to ship Globally.*

What if my shipment did not reach?

We collaborate with a premium delivery service that utilizes a tracking system. In the rare event that your item shipment fails to reach your location as expected, rest assured that we will promptly investigate the matter and take all necessary actions to ensure swift delivery to your doorstep.

Can I get a refund?

As a small business, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds at this time. However, please rest assured that we are actively working towards implementing a refund policy in the future. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to finding ways to enhance our services to better meet your needs.

What if the product had defects?

Allow us to assist you in arranging a personalized replacement product.

What if my digital product is not loading?

Please do Email us, and we’ll share the downloadables with you directly. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Tamara (buy now, pay later in 4 installments). 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Please email us at hello@levitate.ae as soon as possible if you need to cancel. 

Can I exchange a product?

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us at hello@levitate.ae with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement.
